Dr. Drew E. Schnitt

CO-FOUNDER

Dr. Drew Schnitt is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Delray Beach and Fort Lauderdale, FL where Inspire Aesthetics was born. With special skills for complex cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery of the face, breast, and body he is focused on amazing results. Surgery is performed at Inspire Aesthetics’ four fully accredited operating facilities. He is an Adjunct Faculty at Cleveland Clinic Florida and Nova Southeastern University. Internationally recognized for his humanitarian work, Dr. Schnitt has provided his services voluntarily to patients in need of craniofacial and burn reconstructive surgery around the world with Operation Smile and other organizations. He is respected among his peers nationally and internationally as a lecturer, presenter, author, and researcher.

Dr. Schnitt earned his Medical Degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School followed by surgical internship and residency at Louisiana State University (LSU) Health Sciences Center. He completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and a special focus in cosmetic surgery training at the Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, NY. He completed an international fellowship in cleft lip, palate and craniofacial surgery with Operation Smile, based in Virginia and a craniofacial fellowship with a world renowned surgeon in Adelaide, Australia. He has been in practice in South Florida for the past 20 years and has an accredited aesthetic fellowship to train new aesthetic plastic surgeons. Dr. Ralph Garramone

CO-FOUNDER

Dr. Garramone is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He completed his plastic surgery residency at Brown University. Following this, he completed two fellowships, one in Craniofacial surgery at Primary Children’s Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah and one in hand and microsurgery at New York University Medical Center. He began the practice of plastic surgery in Utah where he was involved in the performance and training of craniofacial surgery. He has also made several humanitarian trips to South America to treat cleft lip and cleft palate patients.

He has been in private practice in aesthetic plastic surgery in Fort Myers, Florida since 2000. Today, his practice is centered on breast and body contouring surgery as well as facial rejuvenation. Dr. Garramone performs surgery in his on-site fully accredited operating room. With his well-seasoned and accomplished staff, he also provides the full range of minimally invasive and non-invasive procedures.

Scott Brown

PRESIDENT & CEO

With a rich history in private equity and executive leadership, Scott brings a wealth of experience to Inspire Aesthetics Group. As former Chief Financial Officer of Benevis Dental Practice Management Services, he spearheaded the financial and operational recovery of the company during a challenging time. Scott's innovative thinking and expertise have also been showcased as the CFO of American Orthopedic Partners and Formation Capital. With an impressive background in finance and an MBA from Harvard Business School, Scott is a well-rounded leader who is dedicated to driving value for Inspire Aesthetics Group partners.

Katie Thiery

VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE

Katie is responsible for platform and practice-level financial reporting and review. She also works closely on integrating the back office of new practices to the platform. Katie has significant experience building, scaling, and running Finance & Acctg functions for MSOs over the past 20+ years. Prior to Inspire, Katie spent the last 7 years as Director of Accounting and Finance for multi-site healthcare companies within the urgent care and pathology lab markets.

Stacey Harrison

VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING

Stacey Harrison brings more than 20 years of marketing and branding leadership to her role with Inspire. Stacey recently operated a creative branding agency that provided fractional marketing support to private equity-backed healthcare companies and professional services clients nationwide. Before founding the agency, she led the creative team at a nationally recognized spine surgery provider. She is responsible for scaling the Inspire brand, growing all revenue lines for the surgery and med spa practices, and overseeing creative across all channels. Stacey finds purpose in uncovering unique value for growing brands through impactful brand messaging and visuals.

Brandi Garrett, SHRM-CP, PHR

VICE PRESIDENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES

As VP of HR, Brandi Garrett is a key asset of the executive leadership team. With a solid background in human resources, recruiting, and benefits management, Brandi brings invaluable expertise to our team. She has held leadership positions in reputable organizations such as Civix, Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, and GI Associates and Endoscopy Center. At Inspire Aesthetics, Brandi plays a pivotal role in driving company culture and employee relations support for our esteemed partners. Her commitment to excellence and passion for enhancing the employee experience make her an invaluable asset of our organization.
