Inspire Aesthetics Group Welcomes Chanda Fulgium as New CEO

February 3, 2025 – Inspire Aesthetics Group, a premier platform uniting top-tier plastic surgeons and aesthetic professionals, proudly announces the appointment of Chanda Fulgium as its new Chief Executive Officer. With over two decades of executive leadership in healthcare, Fulgium brings a wealth of expertise in operational excellence, communication, and leadership development to Inspire Aesthetics Group. 

Prior to joining Inspire Aesthetics Group, Fulgium served as Chief Operating Officer of Aesthetic Partners, a national leader in plastic surgery and medical aesthetics. Before that, she was President of a large multi-state dental services organization, where she focused on expanding access to care for underserved communities, fostering a culture of innovation, and driving strategic growth. 

A highly sought-after speaker and leadership expert, Fulgium has presented nationally and internationally on communication, team development, and executive leadership. She is deeply committed to elevating “people leadership” to drive meaningful growth and transformation in the aesthetics industry. 

Reflecting on her decision to join Inspire Aesthetics Group, Fulgium shared:

Fulgium holds an MBA, an MS, and a BS in Communication Studies and is also a published author. While her professional passion lies in leadership and business transformation, her greatest joy comes from time spent with her husband, two sons, and two bonus sons in Dallas, Texas.

In her new role as CEO, Fulgium will lead Inspire Aesthetics Group in its next phase of growth, continuing to expand its impact in plastic surgery, hair restoration, and medical aesthetics.
